Greater control on the credit card
Hi,
I've been struggling to get a new card from bitwala for the last ~6 months.
Basically my credit card was swallowed by an ATM, so I had to ask the support to lock it which they did, and I wanted to wait before they send me a new one (the support guy was like pls pls buy new card now). It seems it displeased the support which never answered to my total 5 or 6 messages asking for a new card 10 days after, until 3 weeks ago for the last request.
- the credit card interface is really bad. My card has been blocked my the service for 6 months and it still shows an Active status on the card.
- I can't refund what was on my card to my account.
- I can't block or unblock my card myself from the interface.
- I can't order a new card from the interface.
Basically if my card has a lot of money on it, it is stolen and support does not answer for 6 months, i'm fucked so hard.
