I'm currently invested in Bitcoin Cash (BCH) and not in regular Bitcoin anymore (BTC). it would be nice if you'd also propose a Bitcoin Cash wallet in your Bitwala account, so that I don't need to convert my BCH to BTC (and incur possibly expensive fees) to use my credit card.

The EUR/BTC exchange rate on Bitwala is constantly lower than the most important markets, e.g., at the time of writing, 1 BTC is valued € 3123 on Bitwala, while it is € 3164 on Bitstamp and € 3234 on Kraken. That is considered an additional tax by users as we buy BTC on markets but whe use them on Bitwala, with a constant loss in the change (Bitwala/Kraken gap represents a loss of 3.5%).

User idea

How will bitwala react if european goverments comes and ask your new bank about customer information, crypto transaction info attached to accounts etcetc. Also will you implement any privacy coins to help with the protection of your customers? 

When will ICO become available to purchase  ? Support said that only german residents will be able to get their accounts at first, is this affect ICO purchases ? 

After first stage, will bank accounts become available to citizines of the world or just EU residents ?
