when sending bitcoin, i often get a error message "transaction not found in wallet" in red at the bottom of screen, but transaction succeeded.

I've just struggled to post a new idea. I could only connect using github. Account creation at the bottom of post didn't work (pressing post does nothing) and account creation atop of the page didn't work (popup disappearing with nothing happening)

I've been struggling to get a new card from bitwala for the last ~6 months.

Basically my credit card was swallowed by an ATM, so I had to ask the support to lock it which they did, and I wanted to wait before they send me a new one (the support guy was like pls pls buy new card now). It seems it displeased the support which never answered to my total 5 or 6 messages asking for a new card 10 days after, until 3 weeks ago for the last request.

- the credit card interface is really bad. My card has been blocked my the service for 6 months and it still shows an Active status on the card.

- I can't refund what was on my card to my account.

- I can't block or unblock my card myself from the interface.

- I can't order a new card from the interface.

Basically if my card has a lot of money on it, it is stolen and support does not answer for 6 months, i'm fucked so hard.

Top up process take too long after BTC confirmations (over 1 day) sometimes. And support don't respond. It is too frustrating. Fix it. 

It will be a good Idea, if bitwala have a support, that will give answer from customers questions 

I think it will also a good Idea, when bitwala research for lost Bitcoins that are sent to them from hardwarewallet and so on. And it musst be possible to get "payed" after 2 days and not oending status for more than 2 days.

First thank you for the quality of your service, I really enjoy using my debit card and top it up with cryptocurrencies. But one thing is sad these days : bitcoin transaction fees and delays!

I wish you could integrate Dash support: instant confirmations (1-3 seconds), low fees, and it seems very easy to integrate when you already support bitcoin. I know I can use dash with shapeshift : but I have to pay bitcoin fees... (5 € for last transaction!)

Some companies like bitcart.io even drop bitcoin to be dash-only because of bitcoin congestion.
