Stuck funds on MyChoice NON EU users

Will we be able to transfer our stuck funds on MyChoice account to our new Bitwala account ? Because some of us still couldn’t received those funds back, it required an EU bank account to be proper. Non Eu bank accounts are taking half of the funds with commissions.
